Conceived and developed since 1994, the dream to turn petrified wood (plant fossil) finds into economically viable mines came true. With this victory we are now able to legally sell these mineral goods from Brazil, as happens in many countries.
This challenge is part of our history, of relative achievements, consolidated a posteriori, though numerous other activities which developed from the constitution of international representatives, and partnerships with numerous industrial enterprises. The result was many commercial operations, with participation in national and international business fairs and other equally important events of technical, scientific and legal nature, technical legislative debates, donations of representative collections etc., both in Brazil and abroad. Besides being currently recognized and authorized to operate commercially in the national and international markets, our company is also known for the work done in its ten years of existence, operating with responsibility, honesty and for the high quality of its products. Future clients can find documentation and confirmation on this site.
The company operates at four sites. Our headquarters (images) and warehouse (images) are in Goiânia, Goiás. The mine, and a branch office are in Filadelfia, Tocantins, Brazil.
Our commercial operations are controlled, verified and accompanied by competent government authorities, such as the Internal Revenue Service, the Bureau of Mines and Energy and IBAMA. We have exported a large quantity of petrified wood, all of which was authorized by competent government agencies.
In government circles, there was a preconceived notion that the marketing of petrified wood should be prohibited in Brazil. There had always been illegal extraction of petrified wood in the country. This only reinforced discrimination and resistance to any attempt to exploit the deposits legally and rationally, guaranteeing the preservation of fossils with real importance to geological studies and permitting an expressive growth in the discovery and description of new specimens, which can be done in cooperation between private companies and educational institutions.
In a country where current laws provide for the participation in research and exploration of the results of the “buried treasure hunt” (such as Law # 7.456, dated on September 26, 1986) “Buried Treasure Law” , it is unacceptable that mineral goods of such high financial and commercial value not be rationally explored. Our reserves have an estimated life of 40 years, which allows us to guarantee a continuous and lasting supply of all of the types of mineralized vegetable fossils which we offer.
